I found this flowering along a busy roadside and thought it was some kind of week with unique flowers. Recently I came across it in a nursery and it is called salvia apiana.
I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle in Commercial Photography in 1988. I then moved to Southern California, working as a Photographer for the last 30+ years.
